Red Night Lights -

An art quilt, original design, of course. I love making trees - this one is a spruce, I think. Or is it a cedar? Oh well, the black background is quilted, then the tree and red nightlights are attached using the raw--edge applique method. This means that each piece of fabric is stitched on leaving a raw edge that frays when washed. (I've already done that for you.) Comfortable, artsy look. Oh yes!

Surround Sound - Art Quilt

"Surround Sound"...where does one get a name? This very graphic tree just seemed to be surrounded by good vibes. A very visual art quilt in black, white, red. Back of the quilt is black and white polka dots and has hanging sleeve sewn on.

Art Quilt - Nice Mice Love

Kissing is not just for you and me. Mice can smooch too. Can you tell which is the girl mouse and which is the boy mouse? Well, that's okay, I can't either. But they still love to kiss under the mistletoe, don't you agree!!

Raw edge applique with stitched out tail adds just a little whimsey. (raw edge means it frays when washed...i've already done that) Free motion quilted.

Original, one-of-a-kind design. Hanging tab on back.

Christmas Tree on Red -

Original design, one-of-a-kind work of art.

Wool roving was needle punched to form this abstract tree and all its decorations. Washed wool was layered on washed wool to form a frame. Grosgrain ribbon added for hanging this little ditty.
